Welcome to a portfolio of work that reflects my practice as a climate and circular economy specialist, gender equity advocate, and systems change evaluator. These projects span diverse international development contexts and illustrate how rigorous evaluation, collaborative learning, and strategic insight can inform decisions and drive systemic impact.

I have had the privilege of partnering with foundations, NGOs, governments, and multilateral organisations to:

• Assess systemic change using outcome harvesting, theory of change development, and rubric-based evaluation frameworks;

• Advance climate and circular economy agendas through ecosystem mapping, evidence synthesis, and co-created strategies that scale promising innovations;

• Integrate GESI (Gender Equality and Social Inclusion) principles across evaluation and learning systems, ensuring that evidence captures diverse perspectives and leads to inclusive outcomes.

Each project featured here combines methodological rigour, innovation, and a commitment to learning. The use of digital tools—including ChatGPT, Excel, and Dedoose—has enabled data to be translated into actionable insights, strengthening both evaluation quality and strategic usability.
