About the Client
The Laudes Foundation supports the transition to an inclusive and regenerative economy by addressing social and climate challenges through transformative funding. Its work centres on influencing capital and industry systems to ensure that economic growth benefits both people and planet.

My Role & Task
Across three phases of the DE, I played an evolving role—progressing from research and analysis support to methodological design and facilitation.

  • Phase 1 – Data and Rubric Foundations:

    • Conducted grant-level data reviews to capture programme outcomes.

    • Supported rubric application to assess progress and areas for improvement.

    • Provided background analysis to guide strategic discussions.

  • Phase 2 – Systems Change Deep Dive:

    • Applied Outcome Harvesting methods to identify and analyse evidence of systemic change.

    • Reviewed evaluation reports using innovative tools (including ChatGPT) for structured impact extraction.

    • Co-developed Stories of Change integrating qualitative and quantitative data.

    • Conducted Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and facilitated sensemaking sessions with programme teams.

  • Phase 3 – Learning and Methodological Innovation:

    • Led new rounds of outcome harvesting and rubric refinement using Excel and Dedoose for data triangulation.

    • Designed interview templates and guided deep-dive dialogues with partners to capture “top stories” of systemic transformation.

    • Co-presented findings to Laudes staff, guiding reflection on strategic learning and adaptive action.
