My Role & Task
Serving as Market and Systems Change Lead on the evaluation, I support the methodological design and analytical implementation of this ongoing study.
Developed Theories of Change (ToCs) for HealthQuad (a BII investee) and its broader health-tech portfolio.
Created evaluation rubrics to assess both product-level and capital market-level systems change.
Led market-level analysis through interviews, data collection, and participatory stakeholder mapping.
Designed methodological tools, including a data matrix, to guide portfolio-level analysis.
Impact (Ongoing)
Strengthening BII’s understanding of how catalytic investments foster innovation and market transformation.
Providing practical frameworks to evaluate systemic outcomes in health financing and technology.
Informing BII’s strategic approach to market-building and impact measurement in emerging economies.
