Circular Clarity MasterClass

TMCs commitment to learning, growing their “employneurs” and an increased demand by customers and government regulations to implement sustainable practices within their business, placed them in a position to seek training around all aspects of Circularity and Supply Chain management.

In collaboration with Circular Clarity, their Ecosystem and TMCs management, we established a 12 step course to train “employneurs” in various components of circularity. This included enhancing learning with business simulations by inchainge.

I conducted trainings around circular business models, triple 3 and sustainable supply chain management utilizing business simulations. We provided background information and provided practice rounds for learners to experiment in a controlled setting and to better understand how it looks in practice.
