My Role & Task
At the beginning of my research career, I contributed to Phase 1 of a strategic evaluation for Laudes Foundation. Working closely with the core evaluation team, I supported data collection, analysis, and sensemaking activities.

• Grant Data Review: Assisting in reviewing and organising grant-level data to capture programme outcomes.

• Rubric Assessments: Supporting the application of rubrics to assess progress and areas for improvement.

• Team Collaboration: Helping facilitate programme and foundation-level discussions through background analysis and inputs.

Impact
My contributions supported the team in clarifying programme impacts and identifying opportunities for strategic shifts and improvements, strengthening Laudes’ ability to advance its mission.
